The full product life cycle — without the black box
We take products through their complete life cycle: discovery, strategy, design, engineering, launch and growth. The process is built to eliminate surprises — a written scope before we start, working software every Friday, and a fixed point of contact in your time zone, wherever you are.
Product discovery
A free consultation — on a video call in your time zone, or at our office — to understand your goal, users, market and budget. We ask the awkward questions early so they don't become expensive later.
Scope & estimate
We turn the discussion into a written scope: features, what's included, what's explicitly not, the timeline, and a fixed price. No vague proposals.
Design
Wireframes first, then clickable prototypes you can tap through on your own phone. Nothing goes to development until you've approved how it looks and works.
Build
Development in weekly sprints with a demo of working software every Friday. You watch the product grow instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Test & launch
Structured testing on real devices, security checks, and a launch plan. We deploy to your servers or cloud and handle store submissions for mobile apps.
Iterate & scale
Launch is the start of the life cycle, not the end. We monitor, fix, measure how users actually behave, and ship improvements in cycles — growing the product with your business under a support plan or on demand.
Before you ask
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, which is why step 02 exists: you get a fixed written estimate before committing to anything. A simple business website, a custom web app and a two-platform mobile app are very different budgets — tell us what you need and we'll give you a real number, free.
How long does a typical build take?
A business website typically takes 2–4 weeks; a custom web application 6–12 weeks; a mobile app 8–16 weeks depending on features. Your written scope includes a committed timeline.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment, all source code, designs and accounts are handed over with documentation. No lock-in.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a free support window for bug fixes. After that you can choose a monthly support plan or call us as needed — many clients also use us for ongoing improvements and marketing.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes — a significant share of our work is for clients outside India. We schedule calls across US, EU and Asia-Pacific time zones, communicate in writing by default (so nothing depends on catching someone awake), and give you access to a live progress tracker. You get senior engineering at India rates without the coordination pain.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure review so you know exactly what state the project is in, then propose a plan to stabilise and improve it.
Start with the conversation
The discovery call costs nothing and commits you to nothing — and you'll leave with a clearer picture of your own project either way.
